Host your special event at Rip Van Winkle Gardens, a perfect venue with both indoor and outdoor event space for your wedding or rehearsal dinner, bridal or baby shower, and corporate meetings.
Facility rentals for weddings/receptions at Rip Van Winkle Gardens include the use of the Bayless Center or the Orangerie Facility, a specified garden area and kitchen for a four hour period unless otherwise provided in your contract. For set-up, you are guaranteed access to these facilities from 9:00AM until time of your scheduled four-hour rental.
A 50% deposit on rental fees is required in order to confirm your date. All deposits are non-refundable. The remaining balance of the facility rental charge, beverage charges, and all equipment rentals is due thirty days prior to your function.
Wine and Beer Bar Includes a Red Wine, White Wine, and Rose'.
Open Bar Includes premium brand liquor, wine, champagne, two choices of beer and all mixes for a standard bar, bartender service, ice, high ball glasses, wine glasses, champagne flutes, and drink napkins.
Non-Alcohol Service Includes bottled water, beverage servers, ice, beverage glasses, and drink napkins.
The Bayless Center Venue rental for INDOOR use includes:
- Up to 16 - 6 ft. rectangle tables with linens
- Up to 13 - 48 in. round tables with linens (seats 6-8 per table)
- Up to 300 chrome chairs with dark gray seats
- 1 16x18 ft. Parquet style floor installed
Additional items available to rent:
- White plastic chairs with padded seats for OUTDOOR events
- Mahogony Chivari chairs with ivory padded seats for INDOOR setups
